The island offers some exciting trails on the northern range to mini waterfalls at Paria, Madamas, Maracas valley, Matelot, Rincon, Lalaja, Marianne and Rio Seco. Other trails are to caves at Cumaca, Mt Tamana, Aripo, Lopinot and Madamas.Trails to the highest ,second highest mountain peaks and Matelot river mini-water falls are accessible.
