Kayaking

Nariva swamp located on the east coast of Trinidad provides kayaking upon its water course. Along the water course there are many species of wild life such as red chest macaw, red howling monkeys, cattle egrets

Kayaking on the Nariva swamp east coast and Mariane River north coast. The west coast of Trinidad is ideal for kayaking as the sea is relatively calm year round. The north coast have its advantages and disavantages as the coastline is rough during the first quarter of the year. Tobago is not to be left out of the excitement of kayaking as buccoo reef can be experience in single or tandems.
